About The Event

Join the World Affairs Council of Maine, the Maine Peace Corps Association, and USM's Women and Gender Studies Program as we honor International Women's Day through Malala's story. Film screening of He Named Me Malala, a documentary directed by Davis Guggenheim and written by Malala Yousafzai, to be followed by a community discussion.

5:15pm: Film screening

6:45pm: Discussion

7:15pm: Program end
