This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Taiwan Relations Act. Join us on Thursday, March 28th as Director-General Douglas Hsu of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Boston shares his reflections on the significance of the Act and his thoughts on the values of democracy, freedom, and human rights shared by the people of Taiwan and America. He will also brief guests on recent developments in US-Taiwanese relations, including a discussion on the US Indo-Pacific Strategy.

About the speaker
Director-General Douglas Hsu assumed the position of Director-General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Boston in April 2018.
