About The Event
We will continue our conversation on the implications of the US elections, with a shift towards what this means and how it is perceived by the rest of the world. Some questions to consider: Which world leaders are congratulating Biden and why? What might a transition crisis mean for U.S. national security, and/ or soft-power abroad? Will rejoining the Paris Accords be enough, or is it too late for US leadership on climate change? What are Biden's chances for restoring/ reversing some of the Trump administration's more significant foreign policy decisions -- ie the Iran Nuclear Deal?
