Gail Witherill
GAIL WITHERILL, 2008. Gail began her career as a clinical dietitian and nutrition educator after obtaining her degree in Dietetics at Michigan State University. Her career also included working for the Portland Symphony Orchestra as Education Project Manager in charge of education programs. Volunteerism has been a primary focus and Gail served as Co-Director of Volunteers for MSAD 51, was a member and chairperson of the Board of MSAD 51, a volunteer for and President of Friends of PSO, and Chair of the Greely Middle School Building Project. Other organizations Gail has been involved with include Habitat for Humanity and Project Vote Smart. Positions with the World Affairs Council of Maine include the Leadership Committee of 2008-2010, Great Decisions Dinners Coordinator and a member of the Development and Program Committees.
