He has over twenty-five years experience in energy sector restructuring and related issues, and has worked with regulators, government ministries, non-government organizations and private companies in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia as well as in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America.
