Former Council President Deborah Barouch

 
DEB BAROUCH, 2001, Former President. Deb is a longtime member of the Council who was responsible for bringing the first World Quest to Maine. She grew up in a Foreign Service family and lived in Nairobi and Tehran. She has a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland. Deb is Owner/Broker of Barouch & Co., a residential real estate firm in Portland and wife of the Council’s former president Sam Barouch. She has been named to the Greater Portland Global Communities Task Force 08-09.
