Laongdao “Tak” Suppasettawat spent seventeen years working with global financial institutions in Asia and in the United Kingdom, prior to moving to the United States and eventually to Maine in 2001. Tak is currently with Merrill Lynch in Portland, Maine, as a Financial Advisor. Tak graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Southern Maine. She lives in Cape Elizabeth with her husband, Fred Thomas and their daughter, Nina. Tak is a native of Thailand.
