Assistant Treasurer Desmond Gilliard

DESMOND GILLIARD, 2007, Assistant Treasurer. Desmond is a native of New York City, but has called Maine home for over 7 years. Currently, he works in the Tax Department at Baker Newman & Noyes in all areas of the firm’s tax practice. He holds an A.B. in English from Bowdoin College, a J.D. from University of Maine School of Law, with a concentration in Taxation. During his free time, he enjoys independent shoe-string travel. He has had the opportunity to travel to over 30 countries on 5 continents.
