The World Affairs Council of Maine welcomes volunteers in many of its activities. Involvement is possible in our committees and working groups:

Academic internships are available through USM’s Department of Political Science. There are occasional opportunities for informal student internships that offer work experience and networking with speakers, directors and members. Interns make an invaluable contribution to the functioning of the Council.
Volunteers also help with setup and welcoming at programs and in office tasks.
